The Albertengo family grows its own hazelnuts
at the “San Giorgio le Violette” farm, founded
in 2012 in Levice, in the heart of the Alta Langa.
Here, among sun-kissed hills and ancient
silences, the hazelnuts grow, nourished
by the wind and the generosity of the land.
Albertengo’s hazelnuts, harvested at full ripeness and
stone-ground, retain all their natural aroma and fragrance.
This traditional process gives life to the glaze of the
“Selezione Piemonte”: delicate, crisp, and rich in flavor.
